Safe Code products are designed to help you recover lost belongings. You are responsible for attaching the Safe Code to your belongings and keeping your account information up to date. Safe Code is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or not returned.
3. Account Registration
To activate your Safe Code, you must create an account on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Privacy
Whoever finds your lost belongings can contact you directly by scanning your Safe Code QR to arrange a convenient time and place for their return. If the person who finds your lost belongings is unable to scan the QR code for any reason, they can contact Safe Code Customer Support directly. Our support team will connect both parties, coordinate the return process, and follow up until your lost belongings are successfully recovered.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Safe Code products or services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute spam or malicious content, or in any way that could damage the Safe Code brand or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Safe Code provides its products and services "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
